Environmental degradation is one of the most debatable topics at international forums and it considered a prime concern for entire world. Therefore, researchers policymakers have turned their attention from conventional economic growth to green growth. Although existing literature has discussed several determinants growth, impact policy uncertainty (EPU), renewable energy consumption (RENE), institutional quality (IQ) on (GGDP) relatively unexplored. Hence, this study earliest attempt investigate EPU, IQ, RENE GGDP emerging seven (E-7) countries 1996 2019. In doing so, we apply panel quantile regression (PQR). The empirical findings delineate that EPU negative GGDP, whereas IQ enhance in E-7 countries. Based outcomes, suggests implications achieving targets SDG 07, 08, 13, 16. governments these can achieve higher by ensuring political stability reliable macroeconomic policies through making such flexible easily control or address unpredictable future issues.

Biomass solid fuel (BSF) has emerged as a promising renewable energy source, but its morphological and microstructural properties are crucial in determining their physical, mechanical, chemical characteristics. This paper provides an overview of recent research on BSF. The focus is biomass sources, BSF processing methods, properties, with special emphasis energy-related studies. Specific inclusion exclusion criteria were established for the study to ensure relevance. encompassed studies about BSFs investigating influence sources methods fuels within past five years. Various technologies converting into usable discussed, including gasification, torrefaction, carbonization, hydrothermal carbonization (HTC), pyrolysis. Each advantages disadvantages performance, techno-economics, climate impact. Gasification efficient requires high investment. Pyrolysis produces bio-oil, char, gases based feedstock availability. Carbonization generates low-cost biochar carbon sequestration applications. Torrefaction increases density co-firing coal. HTC processes wet efficiently lower input. Thermal treatment affects durability strength, often leading less due voids gaps between particles. Hydrothermal alters surface morphology, creating cavities, pores, distinctive shapes. Slow pyrolysis better while fast yields porosity area. Wood constitutes 67% utilized bioenergy generation, followed by wood residues (5%), agro-residues (4%), municipal wastes (3%), crops livestock forest (1%). source drawbacks, such availability, cost, environmental impact, suitability specific regions requirements. review valuable professionals, researchers, policymakers interested fuel.

In an era where energy transitions are critical for addressing climate change and ensuring economic stability, policy uncertainty (EGU) emerges as a crucial factor influencing consumption patterns. This study investigates the complex relationship between EGU various forms of consumption, including fossil fuels, renewables, total use across G7 countries from 1996 to 2022. Utilizing FMOLS (fully modified OLS) DOLS (dynamic ordinary models, long-term relationships among variables were established robustness was checked by employing ARDL (autoregressive distributed lag) model. Our findings reveal that significantly hampers fuel impedes renewable uptake, affects adversely. These effects underscore broader implications on strategies. Specifically, checks confirm these hold different model specifications periods. addition, analysis reveals dynamic impact control FDI inflow, institutional quality, banking development, inflation rates specific consumptions. Policy profound: governments must prioritize stabilization policies enhance investor confidence facilitate transition sustainable sources. Additionally, targeted interventions mitigate can promote development infrastructure support more predictable markets. provides new insights into impacts offers foundation strategic formulation aimed at achieving balanced future.

Many recent initiatives have been introduced to enhance ecological sustainability by minimizing countries' footprints (EF). The focus has on achieving environmental footprint neutrality through the application of green technologies (GT) and financial development (FD) in facilitating this transition. To determine contribution these variables sustainability, study investigated effects GT FD EF Algeria from Q1/1990 Q4/2021. Additionally, research examines moderating role with EF. achieve objectives, advanced Fourier autoregressive distributed lag techniques causality test were employed. findings reveal that increases EF, leading degradation. Conversely, reduces long run, demonstrating its potential foster sustainability. Notably, highlights significant FD-EF relationship. This underscores critical mitigating adverse creative lowering Therefore, recommends integrates long-term reduction harm. In conclusion, needs hasten combination stronger mitigate impacts without compromising sustainable economic growth.

Most plastic waste generated from consumption cannot be recycled and is destroyed by burning. As a result of burning plastics, microplastics spread into the atmosphere, increasing air pollution. Respiratory diseases chronic health problems are caused Approximately 7 million people die each year due to pollution-related ailments. Therefore, it crucial provide empirical evidence rather than approximate estimates role in deaths. Also, understanding causes deaths demonstrating policies' effectiveness will valuable insights for policymakers, international community, researchers. This study investigates effects consumption, expenditures, natural resources, economic complexity, renewable energy on pollution USA 1995 2019 using novel Fourier Augmented ARDL method. The findings show that complexity increase deaths, while decreases it. Such imply an essential determinant mortality, policy must reconsidered, efficient use resources important sophisticated structures do not always produce desired results. Overall, policymakers should review policies reduce take measures support green growth tools.
