Gas explosion is one of the five major hazards in mines, with about 36% such incidents occurring excavation working face. Therefore, to investigate impact gas propagation laws within roadways, we conducted a simulation analysis parameters as peak overpressure, rate pressure rise, and flame speed presence Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). In TBM, overpressure approximately doubles, also greatly increases, exacerbating hazard. Thus, when investigating TBM emerges significant factor that cannot be overlooked. Furthermore, an effects methane concentration accumulation length on was conducted. The results indicate passes through baffle, average increases most 9.5%, increasing by 6 times. addition, both gradually increase. Additionally, has certain dissipation.
