The international geopolitical crisis and the rigid management system increase risk of a mineral in China, but development digital economy provides possibility for efficient utilization resources. Based on panel data 30 provinces (autonomous regions municipalities) from 2011 to 2022, this research measures level China’s efficiency resources, examines transmission path resources by using mediation effect model. results show that (1) can significantly improve conclusion is still valid after instrumental variables method other robustness tests. For every unit progress economy, resource improves 0.226. (2) upgrading industrial structure technological play mediating role improvement efficiency. (3) has significant heterogeneous eastern, central, western regions, with most prominent positive central regions. Midwest at 0.180, not East.

ABSTRACT Renewable energy is one of the key factors in mitigating climate change and achieving sustainable development. With digital technology at its core, economy has gradually become a new driving force for renewable However, few studies have examined impact on from global perspective explored transmission mechanisms. Based cross‐country data 68 countries (regions) 2013 to 2021, this paper adopts panel model study impacts energy.
