<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">In highly populated countries two-wheelers are the most convenient mode of transportation. But at same time, these vehicles consume more fuel and produces emissions in urban driving. This work is aimed developing a hybrid two-wheeler for reducing consumption by incorporating electric vehicle technology conventional two-wheeler. The scooter (HES) made consisted an hub motor front wheel as prime mover electrical system. powertrain HES was built using parallel structure. system engaged during startup, low speeds, idling, with simple switch facilitating transition between systems. fabricated tested through trial runs various operating modes. Before conversion to system, achieved mileage 34 km/liter. After conversion, combined power sources resulted overall 55 km. It observed that voltage supplied increases proportionally speed. model developed MATLAB-Simulink, simulation results indicated operates speeds below 20 km/h switches internal combustion engine above km/h. Operating can significantly reduce emissions, making it ideal solution driving densely areas.</div></div>

In recent years, zero-emission technologies in public transport have developed rapidly, particularly the electrification of bus fleets. Amid global efforts to reduce CO2 emissions and improve urban air quality, economic viability electric buses compared conventional diesel counterparts has become an increasingly important issue. The existing research presents diverse approaches efficiency these technologies, making definitive conclusions difficult. This article addresses this issue by providing a systematic literature review on buses, with particular focus total cost ownership (TCO) methodology.
