Switched adaptive laws for parameter estimation have been proposed in recent years to improve the balance between control energy and system performance schemes, which is often a big issue when using traditional integer-order or fractional-order identification control. These switched are represented as differential equations whose order can switch number within range (0,1) 1. However, general analytical framework that allows proving boundedness of solutions convergence estimation/tracking error not yet available, with only particular analyses specific schemes being accessible. This paper address this issue, presenting analysis four models appear field systems these chosen. The proved all cases, together zero error. Additionally, sufficient conditions presented, showing excitation condition required vector case also matrix case. A numerical example included show possible advantages Model Reference Adaptive Control application. Results controller parameters be found controller, enabling us obtain an overall improvement 7.75% respect non-switched 34.6% controller.

The accumulation operation is the most fundamental method for processing data in grey models, playing a decisive role accuracy of model predictions. However, traditional forward does not adhere to principle prioritizing new information. Therefore, we propose novel fractional reverse accumulation, which increases coefficient fully utilize information carried by latest data. This led development model, termed FGRM(1,1). was validated using renewable energy consumption from France, Spain, UK, and Europe, results demonstrated that FGRM(1,1) outperformed other models terms simulation error, prediction comprehensive error. predictions indicated significant growth France moderate robust Europe overall. These findings highlight effectiveness proposed utilizing provide insights into transition emission reduction potential Europe.
