This study assesses the significance of homogenisation models in theoretically analysing vibrations three-layered microbeams with a core composed axially functionally graded (AFG) material and upper lower face layers metal foam material, especially when third order shear deformation beam theory modified couple stress are used. The present work investigates the coupled five-parameter dynamics, in particular, structural resonance frequency, of functionally graded (FG) graphene-platelets reinforced viscoelastic plates presence geometric and material (porosity) imperfections, based on Mindlin theory third-order shear deformation plate (TSDPT). Various imperfections are often found structures as a result challenges manufacturing operations over time. Geometric imperfection is considered FG structure by modelling an initial curvature out-of-plane direction. Material form closed-cell voids, formulated uniform non-uniform porosity distributions. Uniform thickness-wise gradation effects accounted for determination effective properties using two-dimensional Halpin-Tsai micromechanics model, conjunction with rule mixtures. Viscoelasticity imperfect modelled employing Kelvin-Voigt model to consider energy dissipation. Using TSDPT, five equations motion, which through parameters u, v, w, ϕ1, ϕ2, derived Hamilton's variational principle. Sandwich composite materials with corrugated cores are mostly used in industries like aircraft, marine construction, automobiles, and construction. constructions made for their lightweight, high strength, stiffness, also the sandwich core structures useful dynamic studies. A novel design inspired by a woodpecker beak microstructure creates fillet edge champer designs. This motivates us to achieve energy absorbing results starting free vibration studies followed rotating environment ASTM E1876 standards, non-destructive approach, determine material properties of carbon fiber-polylactic acid (CF-PLA) glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), along alternative method (ADM) property evaluation.
