As a new type of building material for plants, photovoltaic roof materials can be used as roofs ordinary plants to reduce damage caused by secondary construction the roofs, and also absorb utilize solar radiation make full use renewable energy. This article combines modules with air channels form structures ventilation ducts, establishes physical mathematical models in three different inlet modes, studies flow heat transfer characteristics inside cooling integrated roofs. The simulation results show that staggered-overlap-joint waterproof double-inlet prevent rain snow infiltration, meanwhile, has effect on PV panels significantly better than traditional single-inlet system parallel system, its temperature difference between inner outer surfaces is increased 19.88% compared 15.12% at maximum. When included angle 3°, change average maximum, which 3.88% 2°. thickness channel small influences channel, panels, outlet temperature. increases from 50 mm 200 mm, does not exceed 0.3 K, but increase layers airflow velocity, helps take away more heat.
