Abstract
The
information
in
the
real
world
often
contains
many
properties
such
as
fuzziness,
randomness,
and
approximation.
Although
existing
linguistic
collections
attempt
to
solve
these
problems,
with
emergence
of
more
constraints
challenges,
this
cannot
fully
express
problem,
leading
an
increasing
demand
for
methods
that
can
contain
multiple
uncertain
information.
In
paper,
we
comprehensively
consider
various
characteristics
including
membership
degree,
credibility
approximation
based
on
rough
sets,
propose
concept
$$\chi$$
χ
-linguistic
sets
(
LSs),
which
depend
original
data
rather
than
prior
knowledge
effectively
problem
incomplete
representation.
At
same
time,
corresponding
theories
comparison

have
also
been
proposed.

Emission

China's

ecological
civilization,

(HCWDMS)
