Abstract The information in the real world often contains many properties such as fuzziness, randomness, and approximation. Although existing linguistic collections attempt to solve these problems, with emergence of more constraints challenges, this cannot fully express problem, leading an increasing demand for methods that can contain multiple uncertain information. In paper, we comprehensively consider various characteristics including membership degree, credibility approximation based on rough sets, propose concept $$\chi$$ χ -linguistic sets ( LSs), which depend original data rather than prior knowledge effectively problem incomplete representation. At same time, corresponding theories comparison method operational rules have also been proposed. Early warning of flood hazards needs to be carried out comprehensively avoid a higher risk disaster. Every decision on early hazard is in part by one party, namely the government or water resource managers. This research aims provide collaborative decision-making model for through Group Decision Support System Model (GDSS), especially Indonesia. Emission peak and carbon neutrality are critical components of China's overall ecological civilization, the establishment a sound Green Low-carbon Circular Development Economic System (GLCDES) is fundamental countermeasure for solving resource, environmental, problems. This paper used new development concept as entry points to establish comprehensive evaluation index system encompassing six subsystems: dynamics, production living systems, green benefits, low-carbon circularity benefits socio-economic benefits. The combined-assignment VIKOR model, based on game theory, was thoroughly estimate construction level GLCDES by combining panel data from four southwestern provinces, including Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou Yunnan, 2012 2021. study discovered that: in all provinces increased over past ten years, but increase not significant, effectiveness indices, green, low-carbon, socio-economic, were significantly improved, dynamics enhanced, systems declined fluctuation year year. between regions very uneven can be divided into two echelons, with gap Chongqing being particularly obvious. The Healthcare Waste Disposal Method Selection (HCWDMS) is a complicated problem due to multiple and often contradictory criteria with different importance degrees. The imposition of lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic has affected majority enterprises throughout globe. public transportation sector was greatly affected, especially in provincial areas Philippines. This study aimed investigate service quality bus transits Occidental Mindoro during using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SERVQUAL dimensions. A total 200 individuals completed a 67-question online questionnaire. AHP utilized determine which providers need be improved most. Then, approach used. five dimensions were linked with use new technologies, including protocol, quality, customer satisfaction as latent variables structural equation modeling. results indicated that safety accounts for most significant weight passengers.
