Purpose Many studies on multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) assume decision-makers (DMs) act independently. But often DMs maybe interact or interfere with each other. With the rise of social networks, concept interference effects has transitioned from an abstract notion in quantum theory to a tangible phenomenon. Therefore, this paper aims elicit reliable parameters relationships among DMs. Design/methodology/approach Quantum probability (QPT) offers framework for simulating cognition and behavior modeling theory. develops interaction-based MAGDM model within context. To capture individual diversity uncertainty, preference is presented as state probabilities alternatives form linguistic variables formulated through QPT methodologies. Additionally, Shapley value interaction index obtained linear programming that reflects between are introduced into framework. Findings A numerical example presented. And comparative analysis, we find that, by employing robustly account innovatively using based fuzzy measure represent cosine phase differences, bypassing need prior knowledge, more aligned real-world complexities.
