study

the
challenges
to

cities,
focusing
on
Silesian
region
Poland

study.

barriers

in
Central
Eastern
Europe

long-term
development
trends
potential
challenges.
Using
comprehensive
statistical
methods,
including
factor
analysis
regression
models,
this
identifies
key

insufficient
bike
paths,
poor
path
conditions,
inadequate
signage,
fleet
maintenance
issues,

rental
processes.

factors
like
adverse
weather
heavy
traffic,
coupled
with

concerns,

hinder
adoption,
particularly
among
vulnerable
populations.

future
scooter-sharing,
emphasizing

advanced

sustainable

ensuring
feasibility.
