Purpose This study introduces a multi-vaccine multi-echelon supply chain (MVMS) framework designed to ensure sustainable vaccine distribution during outbreaks. The aims minimize the total costs of and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions mitigate environmental impacts while maximizing job opportunities within network. Design/methodology/approach Our proposed appraoch employs multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming model. Findings findings indicate that incorporating uncertainties related demand inspection errors significantly facilitates timely responses unexpected shortages, fulfills requirements healthcare facilities, enhances chain’s resilience against future uncertainties. also explores managerial implications suggests avenues for research further advance this field.
