As the key component of onboard hydrogen system, service life and failure problem refueling receptacle easily leads to leakage accident which give rise suffocation, frostbite, burns, impact injuries. The typical accidents include accidental leakage, ignition, deflagration, explosion. Therefore, test evaluation about is focused on. In this paper, covering vibration resistance performance, temperature durability was studied. First, mechanisms involving vibration, temperature, based on vehicle operating conditions were clarified. Second, according experience condition, methods phenomenon established, respectively. Finally, results analyzed. may caused by aging sealing element, metal creep material damage, decline in contact stress at low-temperature connection, loose internal structural ectopia.
