To investigate the diffusion law of ultrafine cement slurry (UCS) with different water–cement ratios in tunnel second lining cracks during grouting, grouting was carried out by experimental and theoretical analysis methods this study. Through collection data experiment time history, morphological characteristics based on viscosities were obtained, which divided into three patterns: circular zone, excessive elliptical zone. Furthermore, spatiotemporal variation rules radius secondary obtained as well. By analyzing values under each direction x+, x−, y+, y−, critical ξ found to be 0.8, affected value vertical upward y+ direction. Meanwhile, when completed, maximum using Moreover, equation is established. The research results can accurately predict pattern slurry.

When a highway tunnel intersects fault fracture zone, the excavation process disrupts surrounding weak and fragmented rock mass, compromising stability of zone. This study compares deformation stress distribution using reserved core soil method, central diaphragm (CD) cross (CRD) method during through zones. Among these, CRD is identified as safest construction technique. Additionally, to address significant when tunneling zones, impact various pre-support advance reinforcement techniques on mass analyzed. By comparing full-ring grouting with optimized zone approach, findings demonstrate that significantly reduces disturbance excavation, thereby enhancing overall mass.
