Recent advancements in deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) have significantly improved landslides identification using remote sensing images. Pixel-wise semantic segmentation (PSS) and object-oriented detection (OOD) are two dominant approaches, wherein PSS better as providing detailed delineation of landslide shapes. However, limited by the difficulty labelling training data low speed compared to OOD. In this paper, we propose an efficient DCNN-based method, so-called Dynahead-YOLO-Otsu, perform a based on OOD results. This is achieved locating potential regions advance ODD-based Dynahead-YOLO model, which enhances capacity for detecting with variable proportions complex background The preliminary results then processed Otsu binarization algorithm cluster pixels belonging from images segmentation. To validate performance, tested proposed method open-source dataset containing 950 We three up-to-date DCNN-and PSS- namely DeepLab v3+, PSPnet, Unet. Results demonstrate that achieves comparable Recall (71.80%) F1 scores (75.80%), average improvement 22% 16% Precision IoU, respectively.
