Lung cancer is one of the most prevalent tumors with rapid progression and poor prognosis, which badly affects human physical mental health. Although traditional anti-cancer therapies, such as chemotherapy radiation, have demonstrated some degree effectiveness in treating tumors, they remain encumbered by frequent, uncontrollable, large dosage drug administration. Here, we introduced Gefitinib-loaded PLGA microspheres generated from microfluidics for lung therapy. The had a homogeneous shape high loading rate. Studies shown that not only provided greater efficiency sustained release gefitinib but also protected breakdown. results animal experiments showed drug-loaded could achieve or even outperform daily medication less frequency. Therefore, it foreseen will great potential developing therapies cancer.

Male infertility accounts for approximately 40% of cases. There are many causes male infertility, including environmental factors, age, lifestyle, infections, varicocele, and cancerous pathologies. Severe oligozoospermia, cryptozoospermia, azoospermia (obstructive non-obstructive) identified as severe factor once considered conditions sterility. A BSTRACT This study describes the disadvantages of centrifugation method along with utilization high-technology sperm separation to overcome infertility. 31-year-old female and a 36-year-old male were presented primary infertility in Maharashtra. The vessel-on-a-chip has shown a significant preponderance in vascular disease research. Understanding the effect of intricate surface wettability conditions on microswimmers is crucial for precisely navigating them across narrow microcirculatory networks. Here, we adopt spherical squirmer model and Navier slip condition to delineate microswimmer locomotion under a Poiseuille flow in slit microchannel. Through combined analytical–numerical approach utilizing bispherical coordinates superposition technique, resolve slip-modulated simultaneous hydrodynamic interaction with substrate boundaries. Phase portraits reveal that significantly alters propulsion mechanisms, destabilizing centreline stable oscillations pullers beyond threshold length. Superhydrophobic surfaces suppress near-wall rheotaxis states but preserve focusing, facilitating slip-assisted directed transport without accumulation. Under strong background flows, subcritical Hopf bifurcation emerges at critical length, transitioning dynamics from coexisting unstable purely behaviour. Contrastingly, pushers, causes transition either or fixed-amplitude oscillations. Increased length reduces repulsion walls by enhancing rotational velocity near walls, whereas it counteracts torque pushers.
