A
crescente

energética
mundial

necessidade

conservação

recursos
naturais,
requer

aumento

geração

meio
fontes
menos
poluentes.
O
estado
do
Espírito
Santo
apresenta
condições
favoráveis
energia
eólica,
incluindo
um
extenso
território
costeiro,
porém,
ainda
não
possui
essa
fonte.
Dessa
forma,
objetivou-se
analisar
potencial
eólico
Santo,
comparativamente
ao
seu
consumo
sua
elétrica,
além
perspectivas
uso
dessa
fonte
no
estado.
Estudos
técnicos
apontam
para
a
existência
uma
potência
instalável
cerca

Many
challenges
should

tackled

transitioning
to
a
low-carbon
energy
system,
motivating
many
researchers
study
these
challenges.

this
context,
the
present
aims
identify
through
systematic
literature
review
of
studies
published
between
2006
and
2023
propose
comprehensive
framework

an
integrated

called
PSALSAR

As
result,

articles
were
reviewed,
seventeen
identified
classified
into
five
social,
economic,
environmental,
technical,
institutional

indicated
that
international
agreements
on
climate
change
could
boost

transition.
Also,
it
is
qualitative
methods
more
earlier
studies,
topics
have
become
profound
over
years.

Energy
structure
transformation
is
the
only
way
for
China
to
achieve
“dual
carbon”
goal,

one

difficulties
faced
by
energy
financing.

China’s
steadily
promoting
high-level
opening-up
financial
industry,
this
paper
uses
panel
data
provincial
level
from
2010
2019
systematically
examine
impact
on
structure.
The
results
show
that:

openness
has

significant
positive
transition;

driving

policy
support,

continuous
