Enhancing the resilience of supply chains is a key factor in ensuring economic circulation and social development. This study examines impact intelligent logistics on fashion apparel industry, based data from prefecture-level cities China A-share listed companies 2008 to 2021. The findings show that significantly enhance both resistance recovery capabilities chains, promoting an overall improvement chain resilience. mechanisms include expanding corporate market strategies, reducing transaction costs, improving efficiency. not only broadens research field logistics' but also provides valuable references for Chinese government optimize relevant policies.

Abstract The COVID‐19 pandemic made people reevaluate their energy consumption and efficiency. It held up a mirror to humanity's opportunistic ruthless deployment of sources. As the city streets went empty international air traffic stopped altogether, witnessed significant drop in CO 2 emissions, realized dependence upon sources, became aware global climate change. In addition, with lockdowns home offices, demand for usual peak hours shifted offering new perspective consumption. delivered devastating blow human belief having constant everlasting supply that can be relied everything. All these attracted attention researchers focusing on efficiency during pandemic. result, vast body academic literature topic burgeoned past four years yielding many exciting perspectives viewpoints. Resource-based regions support national economic development and are essential sources of basic energy raw materials. In the post-pandemic era, however, there practical situations to deal with, such as a fractured industrial chain, weaker structure, sharp reduction in benefits. Based on data collected from 68 cities China, 2010 2021, with 816 observations, this paper explores process resource-based China change toughness structure under impact COVID-19. The studies analyzes trends, toughness, spatial spillover effects. methods used Markov chain model Industrial Structure Advancement Index. By building Dubin model, effect regional development. It decomposes using partial differential based regression. results show that, during study period, comprehensive level industries was slowly improving tended stabilize after entering era. evolution an advanced is significantly heterogeneous among regions, each region has different toughness.
