With the rapid progression of urbanization, Chinese cities are encountering an increasingly severe shortage land resources. To examine role digital finance (DF) in promoting economic agglomeration (EA) and subsequently improving urban use efficiency (ULUE), this paper focuses on 274 prefecture-level from 2013 to 2020. By employing interaction effect model, study analyzes how DF influences relationship between EA enhancement ULUE. The findings demonstrate that positively moderates enhancing analysis reveals can accelerate resource flows more effectively promote ULUE by amplifying positive influence regional innovation ability (IA) rationalization industrial structures (RIS). Furthermore, heterogeneity indicates moderating is particularly pronounced China’s central eastern regions, areas with higher rates internet penetration, regions stronger capacities. Based these findings, proposes policy recommendations such as integration supporting DF. These insights contribute theoretical discourse era provide critical practical guidance for optimizing development economies constructing a high-quality framework.

This study constructs a indicators system of urban ecological resilience based on "resistance-adaptation-recovery", and measures the level cities within Yangtze River Economic Belt Yellow Basin from 2006 to 2021. Utilizing Dagum Gini coefficient, traditional spatial kernel density methods, geographical detector, comprehensively analyzes spatiotemporal evolution causes in these regions across multiple dimensions. Furthermore, it explores different paths for enhancing two regions. The results indicate: (1) is significantly lower than that Basin, yet exhibits faster growth rate. Both show distribution characterized by "higher east, west". (2) overall internal differences between downward trend. exhibited more pronounced imbalances compared Basin; however, since 2011, this trend has reversed. (3) both improving, absolute gap gradually narrowing, showing significant towards polarization terms evolutionary features. Cities with levels demonstrate increased upward mobility, while higher exhibit low mobility or even decline. (4) Differences restoration adaptative capabilities are principal intrinsic factors affecting regions, whereas variations economic development capital efficiency serve as important extrinsic determining their differences. (5) Increasing investment green technologies, promoting industrial low-carbon transformations, encouraging social investments, strengthening technological innovations crucial strategies Meanwhile, optimizing open channels improves Basin.

Introducing changes in is a costly process carries the risk poor allocation resources. This article provides decision-makers with tool that increases chance making right decisions can also be guide transformation models. scientific aim this was simultaneously cover three areas, innovation, models, sustainable development, develop scheme enabling construction rankings elements these areas version dedicated producing companies. Rankings, which built using hybrid Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) method, indicate need building strategic development plans, aspects most important, what order possible implementations should be. Based on multi-criteria analysis, it found (i) terms focus their attention first implementing product, process, technological innovations; (ii) within innovative attempts made produce IT systems virtualization dockerization, as well efforts closely bind customers offered products services offer temporary rental instead classic licenses; (iii) context levels primarily economic financial issues.

As manufacturing advances swiftly and public consciousness about low-carbon practices rises, eco-friendly supply chains have seen significant expansion. This study investigates a government-driven green chain in two phases, involving producer seller. Four scenario game models are established to determine whether the manufacturer engages technology innovation or retailer has altruistic preferences. The Stackelberg was used analyze changes government carbon quota regulations, retail prices of retailers, manufacturers’ reduction efforts context market trading. Research shows that will set looser emission limits for manufacturers when retailers no When low, encouraging invest enhances social welfare. offers essential theoretical backing crafting regulations aids businesses making prompt technological choices.
