El mercado Over The Top (OTT) está en continuo crecimiento y presenta un alto dinamismo, con una mayor participación del contenido de video a través las diferentes plataformas que compiten el sector. Esto motiva estudiar demandas los consumidores este mercado. objetivo estudio es la segmentación consumidores-usuarios Valle Cauca (Colombia) sector: Netflix, sobre base su experiencia lealtad marca, así como intención recompra. La metodología tiene enfoque cuantitativo análisis clúster para segmentar partir medición constructos: recompra marca. Los resultados muestran dos segmentos Netflix: enamorados (alta lealtad) atrapados (lealtad fingida), lo permite concluir estrategias fortalecimiento consolidación relacionamiento usuarios tendrán mejor desempeño, al incluir precisan identificados.

This study explores the impact of two characteristics streamers—expertise and entertainment—on viewers’ purchase intention follow in live-streaming e-commerce, with a specific focus on trust flow experience as mediators optimal stimulation level moderator. We implemented methodological approach where participants were randomly directed to enter live broadcast room watch 10-min session before engaging structured questionnaire. 399 valid questionnaires collected from participants. These subsequently utilized validate research model using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results suggest that streamer expertise entertainment enhance experience, which then leads an increase their make continue following streamer. Furthermore, acts moderator connections between suggesting individual differences among consumers affect how they respond characteristics. From dual perspectives viewer, this provides more comprehensive theoretical perspective customer behavior streaming commerce by not only focusing consumers’ short-term, transactional inclinations but also long-term, relational intentions.

Surakarta City Government has established various entertainment tax rate policies; however, taxpayers must still comply with these policies.
