This study explores innovative methodologies for estimating the energy baseline (EnBL) of a university classroom building, emphasizing critical roles data quality and model selection in achieving accurate efficiency assessments. We compare time series models that are suitable buildings with limited consumption univariate multivariate regression incorporate additional variables, such as weather occupancy. Furthermore, we investigate advantages dynamic simulation using EnergyPlus engine (V5, USDOE United States) Design Builder software v7, enabling scenario analysis various operational conditions. Through comprehensive case at UAO University Campus, validate our daily monitoring statistical RStudio. Our findings reveal choice significantly influences forecasts, leading to potential overestimations or underestimations savings.
