This study aims to develop an innovative composting method that transforms mushroom cultivation waste into high-quality organic fertilizer, promoting sustainable agriculture and supporting circular economy principles. Over a 50-day period, the decomposition process was closely monitored, with focus on pH, temperature, microorganism activity, including presence of Escherichia coli Coliform bacteria. A key innovation in this addition seashell powder MR3 treatment, which aimed improve efficiency stabilize compost’s pH. Decomposition significantly accelerated after day 14, reaching its peak between days 22 23 temperatures exceeding 50°C. resulted compost weight reduction 1 1.5 kg. All trials yielded fertilizers, matter content 20%, thereby meeting national standards for fertilizers. research suggests practical approach managing waste, potentially contributing agricultural practices applications. The incorporation appeared enhance pH levels, improving functional properties compost. However, additional large-scale studies are required validate these findings. economic potential project has also been estimated, demonstrating payback makes it worthwhile investment.
