There is still limited knowledge regarding the toxicokinetics and trophic transfer of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) analogues in aquatic food chains. This study aimed to investigate bioaccumulation, biotransformation S (TBBPS) di(allyl ether) (TBBPA-DAE) along a simple artificial chain composed brine shrimp (Artemia salina) zebrafish (Danio rerio). Human exposure to polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), a class of brominated flame retardants, can occur through consumption contaminated foods. Since 2007, U.S. meat and poultry samples (beef, pork, chicken, turkey) have been collected every 5 years assess PBDE levels consumer seven PBDEs. Mean ∑PBDE concentrations from beef, chickens, turkeys, dairy cows, siluriformes (catfish) were 0.19, 0.48, 0.11, 0.60, 0.28 ng/g lipid weight (lw), 2.5 wet (ww). The ΣPBDEs for all classes ranged 0.005 17.7 lw. Comparison the 2018-19 survey 2007-08 2012-13 surveys revealed an overall decrease in median ΣPBDE residue four with significant reductions medians, at 40 - 45%, turkey. As previous surveys, BDEs 47 99 had higher percentage contributions than other congeners, which indicated penta-BDE formulation was likely source animals. An estimate daily intake PBDEs 5.0 ng/day is 6.4 ng/day.
