The electrochemical synthesis of polypyrrole (PPy) on laser-induced graphene (LIG) electrodes is investigated in this study, along with the gas sensing applications these modified laser-tailored materials. A simple and scalable method for low-cost, large-scale production LIG nanocomposites (PPy@LIG NCs) proposed. This nanocomposite subsequently applied to design chemo-resistive flexible sensors detect ammonia (NH3) levels at room temperature. Following a brief exposure, PPy@LIG NCs demonstrate changes resistance sensitivity 14 times higher than that pure LIG. Moreover, excellent repeatability results low detection limit 1 ppm were achieved. formation PPy confirmed through Raman spectroscopy FTIR spectroscopy. analysis by FE-SEM TEM verified NCs. In conclusion, work introduces novel its application sensing, showcasing their unique selectivity, enhanced sensitivity, cost-effective production. Ammonia and greenhouse gas emissions are an environmental issue associated with animal manure management. Ammonia released during the storage period from pig manure causes severe air pollution and odor issues, ultimately leading to nitrogen loss in manure. In this study, we investigated application of 13 Bacillus spp. strains isolated paddy soil their potential minimize reactive at 28°C initial moisture content 76.45%.We selected five named H3-1, H4-10, H5-5, H5-9, Y3-28, capable reducing ammonia emissions by 23.58%, 24.65%, 25.58%, 25.36%, 26.82% over 60 days compared control. We further tested ability on various pH, salinity, ammonium-nitrogen concentrations for future field applications. Our investigation revealed that certain bacteria could survive grow pH 6, 8, 10; 4, 10% salinity up 8 g l-1 concentration.The results our study show saline tolerant can potentially reduce manure, even high period.

This study explores the electrochemical modification of laser-induced graphene (LIG) by incorporating synthesized polypyrrole (PPy) nanocomposites (NCs). We propose a straightforward, and scalable approach for mass production nanocomposites, resulting in PPy@LIG, which we employ chemoresistive gas sensors capable detecting ammonia (NH3) levels at room temperature. Gas exposure 5 minutes demonstrates that PPy@LIG NCs exhibit sensitivity 14 times higher than pure LIG up to 20 terms intensity resistance changes 100 ppm NH3. Moreover, achieve excellent repeatability our results. The synthesis, confirmed through chronopotentiometry, verifies formation PPy nanocomposites. In summary, this work presents first-time utilization sensing, revealing promising characteristics developing unattended gas-sensing networks monitoring air quality.

Abstract Ammonia emissions from livestock farms are a major problem for staff and residents near these centers. Anaerobic decomposition of waste the collection stacking main sources ammonia gas on farms. This article examined facilities Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport. First, field measurements were made in summer (30°C), collected samples using indophenol technique. AERMOD, based Gaussian fluctuating plume theory, was constructed to model emissions. According maximum periodic‐seasonal 2‐hourly 8‐hourly concentrations 15.9, 229, 63.7 OU (odor unit per volume)/m 3 , respectively. The hourly emission rate is also 0.0168 gm −2 h −1 . AERMOD results mathematical indicated reasonable agreement with measurement, which coefficient determination ( R 2 ), index (d), efficiency (E) 0.95, 0.97, 0.91, Moreover, Statistical indices, including geometric mean bias (MG), variance (VG), fraction predictions within factor two observations (FAC2), normalized square error (NMSE), root (RMSE) absolute (MAE) by 1.36 0.67, respectively, used assess reliability showed that had good measurement.
