The achievement of the level welfare a region or country can be seen from human development as measured by Human Development Index (HDI). West Sumatra is one provinces with HDI achievements above national average. However, there are still regencies/cities in Province that have below average and Regencies/Cities changed 2017-2021. Therefore, this study, spatial analysis panel data was used. aim research to find out general description Province, obtain regression model variables significantly influence on 2017─2021because differences were suspected influences areas side area observed more than once. formed using rook contigutiy weighting function Random Effect Spatial Autoregressive because interactions index real at lag. This suitable based selection has an R2 value 92.94%. Analysis obtained results expectations school length (X1), schooling (X2), population density (X3) directly influenced Province.

Abstract Exploring the pattern of block vitality within cities and its influencing factors is an important topic in urban research, which has great significance promoting high-quality development. However, existing research paid little attention to spatial difference characteristics daytime night differences their factors. Using area Kunming, China, as a case study, this study explores patterns at intra-city scale analyses main using regression models. The obtains following findings: (1) Kunming’s district (the Dist. KM) higher than vitality. First Ring Area highest vitality, whereas Second (2) Block KM presents polycentric structure. (3) There are obvious between night, with work accessibility, functional mixing, daily consumption floor ratio, average building age, having different directions influence on (4) Daytime relies activities, while residential activities. results provide scientific basis for land use layout, facility construction, higher-quality planning management, thus sustainable

Abstract The impact of building morphology on energy consumption has been extensively studied. However, research how 3D affects at a macroscopic scale is lacking. In this study, we measured the mean height (BH), volume (BV), and European nearest neighbor distance (MENN) city to quantify morphology. We then used spatial regression model analyze quantitative urban per capita electricity (PCEC). Results indicate that city, BH MENN have significant positive PCEC, while BV negative PCEC. Moreover, inclusion greatly improves model’s ability explain efficiency, surpassing traditional economic factors. Considering indicators together, buildings with lower height, larger volume, more compact greater potential for savings are conducive conservation. This study offers valuable insights energy-efficient arrangement buildings.

Ecosystem surface plays an important role in maintaining ecological balance and supporting economic development. Accurate effective identification of ecosystem with different uses allows for better categorization management contributes to the orderly restoration ecosystems. In this study, Human Footprint Index (HFI) is constructed by comprehensively considering factors biodiversity, human activity impacts, geometric features, combined multi-factor knowledge constraints such as changes land cover. We carry out accurate analysis surfaces, using Changzhou City's tree cover a test area. The results show that: (1) degree affected activities City varies greatly, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) elevation are main affecting level HFI. (2) distribution native artificial uneven, more than 95% surfaces distributed peripheral areas city higher elevations farther away from center. Artificial likely be found high GDP frequent activities, mainly urban centers large proportion buildings along roads. (3) overall accuracy 83.20%, which center area slightly lower agricultural production land. study provide method objective, surface, can improve enthusiasm local governments fulfilling their protection duties contribute efficient achievement goal civilization construction.
