Sugar beets account for 30% of global sugar production each year, and their byproducts are an important source bioethanol animal feed. beet is cash crop in Inner Mongolia, China. To achieve high yields content, it essential to supply nitrogen fertilizer accordance with the growth characteristics beet, thereby enhancing efficiency utilization. A two-year experiment was carried out experimental field Mongolia Academy Agricultural & Animal Husbandry Sciences. The impact varying ratios nitrogen-based topdressing on nitrate ammonium levels 20-60 cm soil layer, as well activities protease, urease, catalase, sucrose 20-40 layer were investigated during rapid leaf period root period. Results indicated that different significantly influenced nitrogen, protease urease 0-20 these effects diminishing depth increased. catalase minimally impacted. Nitrogen applied at 150 kg/ha according maximize utilization efficiency. Topdressing completed irrigation stage. ratio 6:4 resulted optimal yield under shallow drip irrigation. Additionally, treatments different, 0-40 identified useful physiological indicators beet.

Biosolids, derived from wastewater treatment processes, are valuable resources for soil amendment in agriculture due to their nutrient-rich composition. However, various contaminants of concern (CEC) such as pharmaceuticals, per-and poly-fluoroalkyl substances, endocrine disruptive chemicals, surfactants, pathogens, nanoplastics, and microplastics, also reported biosolids. The use biosolids may introduce these CEC into the soil, which raises concerns about environmental human health impacts. Moreover, presence pathogens (Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Shigella, Giardia, Rotavirus, etc.) even after calls microbial profiling biosolids, especially developing countries. Multi-omics approaches can be used powerful tools characterizing communities highlighting metabolic pathways. help predicting ecological agronomic effects application agricultural soils. This review discusses advantages challenges using agriculture, considering range different current legislation is presented, limitations with respect guidelines emerging Furthermore, role multi-omics approach management, focusing on genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics assessed. allows real-time monitoring, ensuring continuous optimization towards changing conditions. dynamic not only enhances safe use, but sustainability waste management practices, minimizing negative effects. Finally, future research directions integrating biosolid practices suggested. need updating legislative framework, continued innovation promote sustainable robust systems, bringing process closer principles a circular bioeconomy empahasized.
