Aim: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are involved in intercellular and interkingdom communication the complex communities that constitute niche-specific microbiome of colonized host. Therefore, studying structure content EVs produced by resident bacteria is crucial to understanding their functionality impact on host other microorganisms. Methods: Bacterial were isolated differential centrifugation, size concentration measured transmission electron microscopy nanoparticle tracking analysis, cargo proteins identified liquid chromatography coupled tandem mass spectrometry. The cytotoxicity bacterial was tested using human epithelial cell line A549 an vivo model Galleria mellonella larvae. Results: isolation preliminary characteristics from two strains lactic acid - Lactiplantibacillus plantarum PCM 2675 Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 489 presented, confirming production vesicular structures with sizes range 50-170 nm for L. 80-250 . In addition, various within cargo, distinct locations origin, including membrane, cytoplasmic extracellular proteins, diverse functions, enzymes confirmed proteolytic activity. Furthermore, did not show statistically significant under conditions. Conclusions : A better composition may contribute future effective use supporting health.
