People-plant interaction studies the complex interactions that exist between humans and natural environment, particularly plants; it is a thorough research covers wide range of views, including ecological, cultural, psychological aspects. interaction, at its foundation, investigates how use plants as resources imbue them with cultural spiritual values, have provided food, medicine, shelter for millennia, they considerable symbolic importance in various nations cultures. Furthermore, on people-plant emphasizes numerous ways which exposure to might promote human health. Exposure nature, plants, has been demonstrated help decrease stress boost productivity. Indoor shown enhance air quality provide more pleasant environment work live in. With our planet's serious environmental issues, understanding intricate crucial than ever. The aim of this study was to examine effects various daylight exposure during the 24-h light-dark (L-D) cycle on growth performance, skeletal health, and welfare state in broilers. Environmental photoperiod related circadian clock, L-D cycle, are important factors maintaining productive pathophysiological homeostasis, psychological reaction humans animals. Currently, lighting programs as management tools for providing a satisfactory environmental condition have been used commercial broiler production. Four hundred thirty-two 1-d-old Rose 308 chicks were assigned 24 pens (18 birds/pen). randomly 1 4 thermal control rooms, then birds exposed (n=6): 1) 12L, 2) 16L, 3) 18L, or 4) 20L at 15 d age. Lighting program bird body weight, behavioral patterns, bone stress levels evaluated from 35 45, respectively. 12L well 16L groups, reared under short photoperiods close natural had improved production leg suppressed compared both 18L groups. Especially, heavier final weight averaged daily gain (P < 0.05), higher BMD BMC with longer wider femur lower H/L ratio more reached observer touch test 0.05) but spent shorter latency tonic immobility 0.05). Taken together, data suggest that supplying 12 h light improves performance health while decreasing broilers, making it potentially suitable approach

Abstract Objective Physical exercise has the potential to mitigate addictive behaviors and relevant health issues. However, nighttime not been studied regarding this research topic. This study aims explore association between nocturnal physical problematic smartphone use before sleep, as well related Methods To sleep issues, we conducted a cross-sectional survey among 1,334 college students. Their daily (including timeframe, rationale, frequency, duration), quality, addiction, anxiety, depression were measured by questionnaires. The associations assessed using generalized linear models. Results Our findings indicate that nearly 70% of participants chose perform at nighttime. Among these individuals who exercised nighttime, frequency duration significantly associated with decreased probabilities sleep. Additionally, lower levels addiction anxiety disorders. Conclusion Nighttime Exercise can effectively reduce delays caused bedtime. These contribute understanding effects on Future should employ more precise methodologies examine associations.

BACKGROUND: We sought to explore the associations of outdoor light at night (LAN) and air pollution with risk cerebrovascular disease (CeVD). METHODS: included a total 28 302 participants enrolled in Ningbo, China from 2015 2018. Outdoor LAN were assessed by Satellite-derived images land-use regression models. CeVD cases confirmed medical records death certificates further subdivided into ischemic hemorrhagic stroke. Cox proportional hazard models used estimate ratios 95% CIs. RESULTS: A 1278 (including 777 133 stroke cases) identified during 127 877 person-years follow-up. In single-exposure models, for 1.17 (95% CI, 1.06–1.29) LAN, 1.25 (1.12–1.39) particulate matter an aerodynamic diameter ≤2.5 µm, 1.14 (1.06–1.22) ≤10 μm, 1.21 (1.06–1.38) NO 2 every interquartile range increase. The results similar stroke, whereas no association was observed multiple-exposure PM persisted but not Furthermore, interaction between pollution. CONCLUSIONS: Levels exposure positively associated CeVD. detrimental effects might be mutually independent.

Exposure to light at night (LAN) has been associated with multiple adverse health outcomes. However, evidence is limited regarding the impacts of LAN exposure on human inflammation. To examine association between real-ambient bedroom systemic inflammation and circadian rhythm inflammatory markers. Using data from a prospective cohort study Chinese young adults. At baseline, was measured portable illuminance meter; fasting blood sample for high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) assay collected. 3-year follow-up, 20 healthy adults (10 LANavg < 5 lx, 10 ≥ lx) were recruited same cohort; time-series venous samples sampled every 4 h over 24 h-cycle detection 8 Circadian markers assessed using cosinor analysis. average age 276 participants 18.7 years, 33.3 % male. Higher levels significantly increased hs-CRP levels. The only significant in inactive group (MVPA 2 h/d) but not physically active h/d). In addition, higher nighttime (LANavg disrupted rhythms (including rhythmic expression, amplitude phase) some cytokines balance indicators. increases disrupts Keep darkness may represent important strategies prevention chronic Additionally, people living community pollution, regular physical activity be viable option counteract negative
