NaV 2 O 5 is a promising cathode material for ion batteries with high capacity and good cycle performance. The concentration of vanadium low impurity in vanadium‐rich solution makes it possible to be used as raw product preparation. Vanadium containing was prepared investigate its influence mechanism on crystal precipitation. four major elements the precipitation following order P > Al Si Fe. With increase concentrations, conversion rate V content precipitates decreased varying degrees, while increased. When concentrations Fe, were high, resulting precipitate still , but structure changed. AlOH SiOH hider condensation between VOH broke rod into irregular flakes blocks. As gradually increased, changed from VO (H O) 0.5 then Na 3 .053((V 9 )(PO 4 )2(OH)0.1(H O)8, meanwhile, morphologies plate, cross‐like, finally cube. Revealing growth conducive popularization process.
