Heavy metals have an enduring presence, risky characteristics, and the propensity to accumulate in environment. This is why heavy metal toxics are widely acknowledged as harmful environmental pollutants. damage both aquatic terrestrial ecosystems, posing a major risk environment human health. Four freshwater fish species namely Labeo rohita, Catla catla, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Ctenopharyngodon idella were focus of this investigation. study investigated potential genotoxic effects lead (Pb), copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd) on above through application comet assay test. The exposed these at four distinct concentrations (19%, 24%, 31%, 50% LC50) over course 40 days. All varying degrees, according genetic index, cumulative tail length comets, proportion damaged cells. In contrast molitrix had highest prevalence DNA damage. current suggests that presence particular Pakistan's ecosystems may adverse effect country's species. Metals cause fibroblast cells mechanisms when present water, air, soil. Comet test has remarkable sensitivity helps identify extremely low amounts Out species, showed higher levels cells, compared others. experienced significant increase damage, concentration LC50.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of fermented synbiotic soy milk containing Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and inulin on a series hematological oxidative stress parameters, as well serum lead levels in rats. In this study, 56 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned assess probiotics (L. acidophilus or B. lactis), with prebiotics (i.e., inulin), corresponding controls. Several hematologic parameters (red blood cell (RBC)), hematocrit (HCT) hemoglobin (Hgb)), levels, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) presence was measured changes day 42. Although significant difference observed there no between groups. conclusion, demonstrates that administering probiotic prebiotic may significantly improve
