The extraction of metallic nanoparticles (MNPs) from waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) has gained extensive attention researchers for eco-friendly, reliable, sustainable alternative protocol over the traditional linear economic approach (make-use-dispose) boosting circular economy. A plethora MNPs including metals/metal oxide having a size dimension ranging 1–100 nanometers (nm) have been extracted these WEEE by using different chemical, physical, biological methods. Recovery certain precious can be achieved dismantling recycling items in form gold (Au), platinum (Pt), zinc (ZnO), silver (Ag), copper (CuO). These provide huge range applications such as antibacterial, therapeutic, target drug delivery, biotechnological applications. RNA is an important information and functional molecule. It can respond to the regulation of life processes also a key molecule in gene expression regulation. Therefore, detection technology has been widely used many fields, especially disease diagnosis, medical research, genetic engineering other fields. However, current RT-qPCR for complex, costly requires support professional technicians, resulting it not having great potential rapid application field. PCR-free techniques are most attractive alternative. They low-cost, simple operation method do require large instruments, providing new concept development methods. Abstract Sepsis represents a critical medical condition stemming from an imbalanced host immune response to infections, which is linked significant burden of disease. Despite substantial efforts in laboratory and clinical research, sepsis remains prominent contributor mortality worldwide. Nanotechnology presents innovative opportunities for the advancement diagnosis treatment. Herein, we present comprehensive up-to-date review applications nanosystems combating sepsis, with expedite enhance management outcomes. Background The rapid evolution of health monitoring technologies has transformed the landscape chronic and preventive healthcare, with applications spanning diabetes, cardiovascular, general management. Continuous glucose systems, wearable electrocardiography (ECG), mobile provide real-time, accessible data to support early diagnosis, personalized treatment, proactive patient engagement. This review aims systematically examine current technologies, their diagnostic accuracy, outcomes, implementation challenges. Methods A systematic literature search 55 peer-reviewed articles was conducted, focusing on diabetes cardiovascular devices, trackers, methodological approaches in monitoring. Results Findings indicate that such as continuous monitors, significantly improve glycemic control reduce emergency hospitalizations. Cardiovascular including ECG blood pressure demonstrate potential detection risk assessment. General tools, particularly fitness wellness applications, show effectiveness promoting behaviors, though long-term efficacy remains uncertain. Common challenges identified include security, integration into healthcare reliability across diverse populations.
