This
research
evaluates
the
development
of
microbiomes
in
primary
soils,
forming
various
mining
dumps
arid
terrain
Republic
Bashkortostan,
Russia.
A
metagenomic
analysis
communities
was
performed
by
sequencing
extended
gene
sequences.
The
evaluation
agro-chemical
properties
accordance
with
conventional
pedology
methods.
Inverse
voltammetry
used
to
measure
heavy
metals
(lead,
cadmium,
mercury,
zinc,
copper,
and
nickel)
arsenic
content.
In
all
samples
studied,
Actinobacteria
Proteobacteria
phylas
dominated,
and,
smaller
numbers,
Acidobacteria
Bacteroidetes
were
present.

In
the
current
study,
a
total
of
40
agricultural
surface
soil
samples
were
collected
from
sites
in
Hamedan,
Iran
and
contents
