Human actions that modify terrestrial and aquatic environments contribute to unsustainability, influencing the economy human health. Urban are responsible for dispersion of pollution nanoparticles (NPs), which can potentially harm health populations contaminate fauna flora ecosystems on a global scale. The objective this study is analyze dissemination in Cartagena Bay, Colombia, during strong winds/low runoff season January 2020 weak winds/high October 2021. This was accomplished using images from Sentinel-3B OLCI (Ocean Land Color Instrument) satellite conjunction with an analytical chemical analysis sediments collected area laboratory advanced electron microscopy. It possible obtain, average, sample suspended (SSs) every 1000 m areas Bocagrande, Isla de Tierra Bomba, Playa Blanca, were analyzed X-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission scanning microscopies. Images obtained summer winter 2021 by Sentinel 3B selected at distance 1 km each other following variables: chlorophyll (CHL_NN), water turbidity (TSM_NN), potential (ADG443_NN). In addition evaluating georeferenced maps, they subjected within statistical K-Means clustering model. SSs showed presence toxic NPs, contamination may local population marine ecosystems. image corroborated analyses, revealing source Bay as estuary located close its center.

Introduction: Kidney stone formation arises from accumulating crystals and organic materials within the urinary system, constituting a prevalent global health concern. Laboratory investigations are pivotal in detection, aiding patient prevention management. This study focuses on chemical physical identification of two kidney stones utilizing Kamlet Feigl methods available Bioclin laboratory reagent kit. Methods: The investigation comprises phases: analysis analysis. Physical delineates distinctive characteristics each stone, while identifies contributing to formation. aimed elucidate efficacy these methodologies prevention. Results: Both samples exhibited distinct properties, revealed presence calcium oxalate both stones. Sample B contained uric acid, underscoring method's utility identifying composition guiding preventive measures. Conclusion: offer simple, quick, safe approach composition, facilitating tailored management Incorporating into routine diagnostics enhances care, mitigates disease recurrence, improves overall quality life.
