This study employs the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR) to systematically analyze and evaluate potential solutions disputes arising from Parambikulam-Aliyar Project (PAP) agreement in India. By incorporating hydrological analysis study, research assesses impacts of proposed on water demand. The GMCR methodology is applied through a comprehensive decision support system (GMCR II), involving identification decision-makers, options, preferences, followed by development conflict resolution model. based thorough literature review previous studies PAP systems. strategic using II reveals nine stable states, representing feasible scenarios. evaluates real-world implications various scenarios assessing their consequences demand sites Water Evaluation Planning (WEAP). results provide valuable insights into both environmental considerations, evaluating feasibility. discusses practical applicability long-term effectiveness solutions, addressing challenges impacts. For instance, this examines new constructions system, hypothetical data assumptions regarding divergence reservoir capacity. indicates that such solution construction can reduce overall unmet up 39%, with notable decrease 50% irrigation Tamil Nadu. However, also challenges, including 14% increase Kerala. contributes existing providing novel application complex management conflict, highlighting its policymakers mitigating conflicts promoting cooperation context transboundary management. While offering dynamics agreement, constrained limited availability, as hydrologic real-time usage data. Future scarcity leverage study’s framework develop more robust actionable strategies.

The study aimed to analyze the factors influencing agricultural production in projects River Nile State through a documentary analytical review of winter season 2018/2019. descriptive method was adopted, utilizing document and official report analysis related during season. population encompassed all State, with purposive sample selected from reports statistics projects, addition data relevant government bodies for 2018/2019 due its availability. Documents were analyzed using statistical tools comparative methods assess various affecting production. results revealed that features diverse range including small large-scale such as individual, cooperative, investment, projects. emphasized shifting modern irrigation systems could enhance water efficiency productivity. Additionally, economic social significantly impact adoption sustainable practices, improving environmental health farm profitability. marketing products identified key factor boosting also highlighted challenges climate change, high costs irrigation, seeds, fertilizers, along heavy reliance on foreign labor. A lack sufficient funding major barrier Based findings, researchers recommended conditions state, transitioning traditional technologies, expanding arable land.
