To simulate natural photosynthesis, scientists have developed an artificial Z-scheme system that splits water into hydrogen and oxygen using two different semiconductors. Researchers are striving to improve the performance of systems by improving light absorption, developing redox couples with high stability, finding new cocatalysts. Here, we report synthesis utilization LaFeO3/g-C3N4 as a for reduction produce organic dye degradation under visible irradiation. The as-fabricated photocatalyst revealed exceptional activity H2 production (i.e., 351 µmol h−1g−1), which is 14.6 times higher compared single-component g-C3N4 24 h−1g−1). Sustainable energy development (SED) is a crucial component of the Development Goals (SDG), aiming to maintain economic and social progress while protecting environment mitigating climate change’s effects. This article presents history then uses critical discourse approach summarize existing review studies in SED. Abstract Many developing countries, particularly in Africa and Asia, still widely use traditional cooking methods that rely on solid fuels such as wood charcoal. These inefficient polluting practices have severe health impacts due to household air pollution, they contribute environmental degradation through deforestation black carbon emissions.
