Blockchain technology and renewable energy links can realize the fusion of flow information flow. The combination two has a high degree matching, related research is also increasing. Based on the job demands-resources model, this study explored relationships among emotional labor strategies, demands of teaching, resources, and teaching efficacy for university teachers. The results, based a sample 316 teachers from China, showed that preferred to convey authenticity by expressing deep acting naturally felt emotion. Furthermore, emotions were found have significant positive effect efficacy, whereas surface did not any relationship with efficacy. China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects and Confucius Institutes in Pakistan encourage Chinese language (CL) learning for education, jobs, other activities. The study explores CL learners’ attitudes, obstacles, motivations Punjab Sindh, Pakistan, the CPEC’s role promoting education. research uses a mixed-methods approach to obtain quantitative qualitative data. data collection comprised 5-point Likert scale with 19 closed-ended two open-ended questions. In recent years, there has been a significant growth in scholarly attention to the effects of Cd stress on horticultural plants, as reflected by abundance research articles this issue academic publications.
