The energy sector is an important component of the national security any state. Companies in Ukraine face a considerable number obstacles. One way to significantly improve enterprises' market position digital transformation business. Introducing technologies has several advantages for company and industry. A strategy should always focus on products, processes, people. In industry, stakeholders must be considered: traditional suppliers, third-party suppliers service partners, technology providers, consumers, regulatory audit authorities. main trends that taken into account when developing business are 1) oil remains source primary energy, but more countries companies increasing use renewable sources adopting policies reduce their carbon footprint; 2) market, share IoT expected increase 133.35 billion US dollars by 2032; end 2024, smart home users worldwide will reach 422.119 million, this figure coming years, 2026, global have 200,132 exabytes unstructured data compared 21,046 structured data; 3) 49% pay significant attention updating systems platforms; 4) resilience attacks, 66% invested cybersecurity information 2022 considering these budgets; average, organizations save $1.76 million per breach using artificial intelligence automation tools; 5) remote monitoring control tools help optimize infrastructure, downtime, safety. components mechanism leveling reconciliation stakeholder conflicts process accelerating technological deployment digitalization markets services stakeholders, state system modernization, processing analytics, cyber security, control, transport, integration management, reduction, decentralized systems. study's results can used develop strategy.

The well-being of society can be realized through meeting basic needs, one which is providing public infrastructure. This study examines the role Natural Resource Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH SDA) on government investment in infrastructure 491 regencies/cities Indonesia. testing this research uses panel data regression analysis. results show that per capita DBH SDA Indonesia during period 2010–2012 has a significant and positive influence selection based consideration resources boom occurred, where there an increased global demand for natural resource commodities followed by increase commodity prices, thereby positively impacting revenue countries or regions abundant resources. In the context of sustainable development, digital transformation manufacturing enterprises is great significance to reduce environmental pollution and carbon emissions. Taking listed companies in industry as a sample, this paper analyzes how can achieve goal reducing emissions by improving operational efficiency, promoting green supply chain management, enhancing corporate responsibility. The results show that not only directly reduces emission level enterprises, but also drives protection actions other through demonstration effect. addition, study found effect on reduction showed certain differences among different industries sizes, while factors such enterprise innovation ability, market orientation, policy environment had significant impact transformation. conclusions provide useful inspiration for formulate strategies development.

The digitalization of low-carbon energy technologies (LCET) provides important technical support for the transition to a greener system. Digitalization addresses phenomenon growing application information and communications (ICT) across economy, which is regarded as technology convergence between ICT other technologies. Scholars have revealed signs that LCET are becoming increasingly interlinked, raises challenges predicting identifying opportunities innovations in converged area. To address challenges, this paper proposes collaborative filtering approach identify opportunity using patent classification citation information. We applied proposed large dataset derived from United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO). results indicate method can effectively LCET, current identified based on mainly concentrated Energy storage field. advantages its underlying data more readily available complexity relatively lower, thus, replicable fields.

In the era of digital economy (DE), technology factors and data factors, like a two-wheel drive, have not only redefined mode production but also innovatively reshaped relations. To examine how DE can ensure food security (FS) in China, this study explores negative impacts land resource mismatch (LRM) on FS, mechanisms impacts, critical role played by mitigating its based China’s provincial-level panel from 2011 to 2022. This finds that, first, LRM leads reduction production, which, turn, threatens conclusion remains robust after series robustness tests. Second, heterogeneity analysis that has greater impact FS regions with high urbanization levels, short tenure officials, are major food-producing regions.
