In order to upgrade existing electronic technology, we need simultaneously advance power supply devices match emerging requirements. Owing the rapidly growing wearable and portable electronics markets, demand develop flexible energy storage is among top priorities for humankind. Flexible supercapacitors (FSCs) have attracted tremendous attention, owing their unrivaled electrochemical performances, long cyclability mechanical flexibility. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs), recognized toughness, with an elastic strain limit of up 20%, are regarded as potential candidates FSC electrodes. Along excellent properties, high electrical conductivity, large surface area, assemblage adaptability from one-dimensional fibers two-dimensional films three-dimensional sponges makes CNTs attractive. this review, summarized various assemblies CNT structures, involvement in device configurations FSCs. Furthermore, present a clear scenario recent developments, discuss performance fabricated different structures composites, including additional properties such compressibility stretchability. Additionally, drawbacks benefits study further scopes distinctly emphasized future researchers.
