Under the background of current promotion global green, environmental protection, and energy conservation, sustainable conversion low-cost agricultural waste biomass into high value-added products has become a hot topic. Herein, camellia seed shells obtained after pressing oil are used to prepare porous carbon materials with specific surface area (SSA) excellent electrochemical properties for application supercapacitors. The effects different chemical activators mass ratios on pore structure shell-derived activated (CSSC) were investigated. It been found that CSSC by KOH presents physical performances, structures all prepared carbons predominantly combination mesopores micropores. Especially, owing SSA (1219 m2 g–1) CSSC–KOH-1:3 material, electrode provides an outstanding capacitance 305 F g–1 at density 0.5 A g–1. Furthermore, symmetric supercapacitor assembled electrodes can deliver (15.37 W h kg–1) power (12.9 kW kg–1), it still maintain cycling stability even 10,000 charge discharge processes.
