The current work employs a novel approach to construct composite nanostructure improve the capacitive performance of supercapacitor device. involved preparing cube-shaped WO3 particles and depositing them onto surface NiCo2O4 needles using microwave technique. structure composites enables efficient paths for ion transport electron diffusion in supercapacitors. hybrid electrode demonstrates specific capacitance 716 F g−1 at density 5 Ag−1. asymmetric capacitor device, which utilizes NiCo2O4@WO3 as positive AC negative electrode, exhibits an energy 48.57 Wh kg−1 power 1120 W kg−1. In addition, NiCo2O4@WO3//AC device has favourable cycle life, maintaining 85.7 % its retention after 10,000 cycles. findings demonstrate potential be used development advanced electrodes improved
