<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">At present, due to the complexity and nonlinearity, thermal safety economic feasibility assessment optimization of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell-Gas Turbine (SOFC-GT) system under variable loads is important extend service life reduce cost. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a top-level cyclic SOFC-GT system, which considers design two-stage preheaters, as well impact material reaction kinetics thermoelectric coupling characteristics on performance. Furthermore, multi-criteria evaluation has been studied, with indicators primarily including thermodynamic indicators. Afterwards, Spearman-based parametric sensitivity analysis used explore response trends performance within system. Additionally, an intelligent learning method based convolutional neural network designed determine dynamic behavior between operational parameters Finally, Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) algorithm introduced, aiming get optimal combination parameters. The research results indicate that reduction fuel utilization, air excess ratio, bypass valve opening can effectively improve net power output significantly EPC. Meanwhile, MOPSO Compared before optimization, EPC have optimized by 7.25% 11.16%, respectively.</div></div>
