In high-power photovoltaic systems, the inverter with an LCL filter is widely used to reduce value of output inductance at which a lower switching frequency required. Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESSs) play a vital role in modern power grids by optimally dispatching energy according to the price signal. This paper proposes reinforcement learning-based model that optimizes BESS scheduling with proposed Q-learning algorithm combined an epsilon-greedy strategy. The strategy-based can efficiently manage under uncertain signals and multi-day operations without retraining. Simulations are conducted different scenarios, considering electricity fluctuations battery aging conditions. Results show demonstrates enhanced economic returns adaptability compared traditional methods, providing practical solution for intelligent supports grid stability efficient use of renewable energy.
