In this work, a series of Ni/Co-MOFs with high specific capacitances were synthesized as anode materials using one-step hydrothermal reaction method. NaOH in different amounts (3, 4, 5, and 6 mmol) was added during the synthesis to tune pore structure Ni/Co-MOFs. It found that Ni/Co-MOF-3 amount 5 mmol exhibits largest surface area volume, which provides more active sites for electrochemical facilitates ion diffusion at interface electrolyte solution/active material, thus increasing capacitance electrode material. The test results show reaches 1361 F g-1 1 A g-1. Impressively, is still 1214 when current density increases from 20 g-1, retention rate about 89.2%. addition, activated carbon used positive negative materials, respectively, assemble an asymmetric capacitor, has 134.4 energy 47.69 Wh kg-1 power 800 W kg-1. 60% initial after 10,000 cycles. At same time, two such capacitors can light up red LED indicator than 30 min being connected full charge, indicating they have outstanding application potential.
