The evaluation of marine environmental concealment is crucial for underwater activities. Traditional assessment methods do not fully leverage risk indicators and expert experience. To address this, this paper proposes a model based on 2-additive piecewise linear Choquet integral. This combines the fuzzy measure to aggregate utility values various indicators, integrating both opinions objective data, while also considering nonlinear interactions between indicators. Verification using real ocean data preferences shows that depth grid seabed terrain have most significant impact concealment, interaction temperature gradient, salinity current positively correlated. offers theoretical contribution demonstrates advantages integral method in handling complex, multi-factor evaluations, with practical application value.

Food waste has received wide attention due to its hazardous environmental effects, such as soil, water, and air pollution. Evaluating food treatment techniques is imperative realize sustainability. This study proposes an integrated framework, the complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy-generalized TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese for interactive multi-criteria decision-making) method with weighted power geometric operator, assess appropriate technique waste. The assessment of can be divided into three phases: information processing, fusion, ranking alternatives. Firstly, fuzzy set flexibly describes periodic characteristics processing process various parameters q. Then, operator employed calculate weight expert form group evaluation matrix, which each input rating depends upon other ratings. It simulate mutual support, multiplicative preferences, interrelationship experts. Next, generalized rank techniques, considering experts’ psychological bounded behavior. Subsequently, a real-world application case examines practicability proposed framework. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis verifies validity stability presented comparative highlights effectiveness this framework using existing frameworks. According result, Anaerobic digestion (0.0043) highest priority among considered alternatives, while Incineration (−0.0009) lowest.

Interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy sets (IVFFSs) were introduced as a more effective mathematical tool for handling uncertain information in 2021. In this paper, firstly, novel score function (SCF) is proposed based on IVFFNs that can distinguish between any two IVFFNs. And then, the SCF and hybrid weighted measure used to construct new multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method. Besides, three cases are demonstrate our method overcome disadvantages existing approaches cannot obtain preference orderings of alternatives some circumstances involves existence division by zero error decision procedure. Compared with MADM methods, approach has highest recognition index lowest rate zero. Our provides better dealing problem interval-valued environment.

Abstract This paper advances the field of multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) by proposing a novel framework based on interval-valued q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy sets (IVq-RDHFSs). IVq-RDHFSs, which surpass most existing sets, effectively represent complex information describing membership and non-membership degrees through interval value sets. However, prior MAGDM methods IVq-RDHFSs have been limited functions operation rules aggregation operators (AOs). limitation is addressed construction new framework, leveraging robust Frank t-norm t-conorm (FTT) extended power average (EPA) operator. The proposed features weighted (IVq-RDHFFWEPA) operator to obtain comprehensive evaluation values. also introduces techniques for determining weights decision-makers attributes. Evaluation of building energy demand forecast models using multi-attribute decision making approach DOI Creative Commons

With the existence of several conventional and advanced building thermal energy demand forecast models to improve efficiency buildings, it is hard find an appropriate, convenient, efficient model. Evaluations based on statistical indexes (MAE, RMSE, MAPE, etc.) that characterize accuracy forecasts do not help in identification tool since they reflect efforts entailed implementation model, i.e., data collection production/use phase. Hence, this work presents a Gini Index Measurement Alternatives Ranking according COmpromise Solution (GI-MARCOS), hybrid Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) approach for most tool. GI-MARCOS employs (i) GI objective weight method: assigns meaningful weights attributes four phases (1: pre-processing, 2: implementation, 3: post-processing, 4: use phase) thereby avoiding unnecessary biases expert's opinion applicable domains where there lack domain expertise, (ii) MARCOS: provides robust reliable ranking alternatives dynamic environment. A case study with three evaluated over six (pre-processing, post-processing use) reveals improved MLR BM by 6% 13%, respectively. Moreover, additional validations state performs best Phase 1 2, while ANN 3 4 providing mediocre performance all phases, sensitivity analysis: interchange across attributes, (iii) rank correlation: ranks produce has high correlation GRA (0.999), COPRAS (0.9786), ARAS (0.9775).
