<abstract><p>The paper presents an iterative scheme called the general tensor regular splitting (GTRS) method for solving multilinear PageRank problem, which is based on a (weak) technique and further accelerates process by introducing parameter. The yields familiar schemes through use of specific strategies, including fixed-point, inner-outer, Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel successive overrelaxation methods. analyzes convergence these solvers in detail. Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is one of the most powerful reliability techniques for identifying preventing potential risks across various fields. Current FMEA methods, while effective, still present several shortcomings. For example, using experts’ subjective pairwise comparisons risk factors to determine their weights reduces stability result; different relationships among failure modes are often ignored. To improve performance FMEA, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods have been employed support evaluation prioritization in recent years. This paper proposes a novel method by exploring MCDM techniques. First, Extended Comparative Linguistic Expressions with Symbolic Translation (ELICIT) utilized generate group assessments under uncertainty. Then, grey relation (GRA) incorporated into trial laboratory (DEMATEL) objectively weight factors. Afterward, traditional ORESTE (organísation, rangement et Synthèse de données relarionnelles (in French)) generalized ELICIT environment prioritize modes, which Besson’s ranking replaced deviation measure more accurate results. Finally, case study electro-mechanical actuators presented illustrate effectiveness proposed method. The results indicate that our approach can express information flexibly, objectively, reasonably.

ABSTRACT Failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) is a powerful reliability tool for identifying and eliminating potential risks in complex electromechanical systems (CESs). However, due to the uncertainty of decision‐making environment, processing heterogeneous risk information becomes challenge. In addition, consensus evaluation subjects (ESs) interaction failure modes (FMs) often easily overlooked. To address these challenges, we propose an improved FMEA method environment based on personalized consensus. First, house (H‐HoR) proposed identify multi‐source information. Second, model D‐S evidence theory adjust opinions different acceptability individually. Meanwhile, adaptive ES weight determination individual characteristics maximum proposed.
