In Ethereum, a game-theoretic relationship exists among transactions competing to be included in blocks. Miners prioritize the memory pool by their gasPrice, and select higher-ranked for confirmation blocks firstly. Consequently, from perspective of transactions, this process selection packaging can likened queuing system. To assist users saving transaction fees reducing waiting time, paper utilizes game model describe competition proposes an optimal pricing strategy Ethereum gasPrice that satisfies Nash equilibrium. Specifically, first models as non-preemptive with priority. Then, it analyzes impact on deducing functional between time thereby deriving users’ equilibrium payment strategy. Experimental results demonstrate compared two state art machine learning-based strategies one based Poisson regression, applying proposed increases Packing Rates being next block 56.21%, 50.95%, 39.15%, respectively, achieves cost savings 21 times, 297 3 times users. The indicate helps effectively balance cost.

Abstract Despite the rapid growth of cyber insurance market in recent years, companies this area face several challenges, such as a lack data, shortage automated tasks, increased fraudulent claims from legal policyholders, attackers masquerading and becoming targets cybersecurity attacks due to abundance data they store. On top that, there is Know Your Customer procedures. To address these article, we present , an innovative architecture that utilizes Blockchain technology provide transparency traceability. ABSTRACT This paper empirically explores the early development of insurance projects in decentralised finance (DeFi) industry, which is based on disruptive technologies like blockchain and smart contracts. Blockchain technology is used often as a merger with other technologies to achieve high level of security, privacy, and robustness handle issues such maliciousness nodes, privacy leakage, the selfishness communication delays, execution transaction costs. There currently lack comprehensive system for automating cost-effectively managing vehicle repairs, maintenance, associated services. To solve we proposed novel futuristic model that integrates blockchain-based framework safely record validate repair services, oversee parts inventory. It employs smart contracts consensus protocols secure communications data storage, thus reducing breaches vulnerabilities from single-point failures. A reward embedded within network encourage positive behavior deter detrimental actions. We also incorporated advanced privacy-ensuring methods, like zero-knowledge proofs multi-party computation, safeguard sensitive while preserving its utility. Our features automatic detection response mechanisms node failure, improving resilience by 25% providing 20% reduction in execution, operational costs, scalability an enhancement 15%, underscoring model's efficiency vehicular maintenance activities. Results simulations clearly depict overall performance terms management repairs respect closely related models.
