Abstract Healthcare services must fulfill patients’ desires for secure data sharing and high accessibility. Blockchain technology, through blockchain platforms (BPs), can overcome healthcare challenges. This study develops a decision-making methodology selecting the best BP, by integrating with IoT Metaverse, proposed approach ensures integrity, quality, privacy security, sharing, interoperability. The uses multi-criteria (MCDM) to handle conflicting criteria. Two MCDM methods are used in this study: CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) weight computation, Ranking of Alternatives Weights Criterion (RAWEC) alternative ranking. To deal uncertainty, concept spherical fuzzy sets (SFSs) is utilized, RAWEC method extended under SFSs first time. applied case new town Egypt, considering twenty-two criteria fifteen alternatives. results show that performance criterion has highest weight, latency lowest. sensitivity analysis was conducted stability rank. A comparative performed effectiveness methodology.

Blockchain technology (BT) enhances the capacity to monitor products consistently, fostering supply chain responsiveness a wide range of societal and environmental issues. Although BT is known as an innovative tool, there exist potential operational organizational challenges affecting adoption. This study proposes decision support approach leverage risk management analyze barriers associated with adoption in sustainable chains (SSCs). developed model how economic, social, environmental-related (e.g., energy consumption) their corresponding factors are interrelated. To causal relationships (CRs) among identified through literature review, fuzzy cognitive map advanced by Z-number theory embedded proposed approach. Then, hybrid learning algorithm employed determine criticality barriers. As reliability information affects accuracy decision-making, applies uncertainty simultaneously specifying values weights CRs.
