This paper presents a model and heuristic solution algorithms for the Green Vehicle Routing Problem with Flexible Time Windows. A scenario of new vehicle routing is analyzed in which customers are asked to provide alternative time windows offer flexibility help route planners find more fuel-efficient routes ("green delivery"). Customers can rank their preferred as first, second, third. Sustainable logistics aims to balance economic efficiency, environmental responsibility, and social well-being in supply chain operations. Abstract Logistics distribution is one of the main sources carbon dioxide emissions at present, and there are also such problems in shipbuilding process. With increasing attention paid to environmental problems, how effectively reduce energy consumption block transportation improve utilization rate resources factory key problem that China’s industry needs solve present. This study develops a Green Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP) model to address key logistics challenges, including time windows, simultaneous pickup and delivery, heterogeneous vehicle fleets, multiple trip allocations.
