This study provides an innovative collaborative spatial decision support system (SDSS) that aims to ensure equitable distribution of healthcare services. Evaluating the equality access health services across different geographical areas is important, as it requires analysis various criteria such proximity centres and hospitals (HCHs), quality offered, connectivity primary roads, availability public transportation hubs, density patterns HCHs. purpose accomplished via use geographic information systems (GIS) multi-criteria (MCDA) methods. The proposed model includes weights criteria, which are determined through ordered weighted average (OWA) evaluated based on their ORness, ranges from 0 1. Furthermore, this improved by best–worst fuzzy method (F-BWM). approach produces a map clearly shows equity in urban environments. findings show maximum score observed was 0.38% (with ORness value 1), whilst minimum recorded 0.28%. In most severe scenario (ORness = 0), over 70% region degrees fairness, ranging moderate suitable very conditions. Governments authorities can strategically allocate resources address inequities facilities.

Abstract Grid enterprises need to assess the risk caused by multiple uncertainties such as market trading volume and price fluctuations when acting a proxy for customers purchase electricity in multitimescale markets. To this end, paper constructs measurement grading evaluation model power grid agency purchase.
