The fault transitivity of machining center components causes their propagation indexes to demonstrate dynamic time variability, which affects importance. method proposed in this study overcomes the biases existing methods evaluating importance system components, as they are mostly based on single indexes; probability and risk selected perform a comprehensive evaluation. This first establishes network hierarchical structure model for degree influence among is calculated. On basis, improved adjacent spreading paths (ASP) algorithm used calculate index each component; from two perspectives risk, an evaluation mechanism involving combined variable weight comprehensively evaluate components’ Taking certain type example, through comparison with ranking results other node methods, it verified that can more effectively distinguish differences component, thus illustrating effectiveness practical value method.

Abstract Hazardous chemicals often cause catastrophic accidents, and accidents result from intricate interactions among various causes. Due to the varying risk factors in different areas of chemical enterprises, achieve more precise prevention, a detailed study accident each area is necessary. Therefore, this focuses on analyzing critical causes their interrelationships functional enterprises enhance process safety by using complex network model. Based 90 information, models are constructed for hazardous warehouse (HCWAs), tank farm (TFAs), production (PAs). Subsequently, topological analysis conducted. PageRank algorithm, 13 nodes identified HCWAs, while 14 TFAs PAs. Node degree with confidence quantifies mutual influences, forming causal links area. The research results offer decision support control, aiding reducing future improving system enterprises.
