This study presents a hybrid fuzzy Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM) model with application to commercial insurance selection. The proposed uses Spherical Fuzzy (SF) sets using Yager t-norm and t-conorm operations. Logarithmic Decomposition of Criteria Importance (LODECI) method is used for criterion weighting due its efficacy in stabilizing scenarios that may challenge other techniques. For alternative ranking, the employs Alternative Ranking Technique based on Adaptive Standardized Intervals (ARTASI), offering enhanced flexibility handling uncertainties inherent expert evaluations. combination these methods utilization SF gives rise SF-LODECI-ARTASI model. paper systematically delineates procedural steps involving sets, operations, SF-LODECI, SF-ARTASI methods. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Borsa İstanbul Ulaştırma Endeksi'nde (XULAS) işlem gören firmaların finansal performanslarını analiz etmektir. Endeksteki durumuna yönelik derinlemesine bilgi sunması ve buna bağlı olarak yönetimsel yatırım stratejilerinin geliştirilmesine katkı sağlamasıaçısından da önemli olan bu çalışmada, çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden Entropi WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) yöntemlerini içeren entegre bir model kullanılmıştır. yöntemi ile belirlenen kriterlerin ağırlıklandırılmaları yapılırken, performansları sıralanmıştır. Çalışmada önerilen model, geleneksel yöntemlerin ötesinde, daha objektif güvenilir olduğunu belirleyebilmek adına, ayrıca duyarlılık analizi de test edilmiştir. 2023 yılına ait mali tablolarından elde edilen oranlarla yapılan araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre en etkin kriterin “Özsermaye Kârlılığı” olduğu başarılı firmanın Pegasus Hava Taşımacılık A.Ş. gözlemlenmiştir.

Over 1.1 million deaths occur annually from workplace injuries and diseases, with higher risks in developing countries. Occupational safety studies commonly use quantitative or qualitative methods, but these often fail to address uncertainty. This research targets the Libyan Steel Company (LISCO), aiming analyze develop a structured approach identify optimal risk mitigation strategies. To this end, Fuzzy Weights by ENvelope SLOpe (F-WENSLO) method was chosen determine weights of three main total 18 sub-risks belonging them, fuzzy Bonferroni mean aggregation operator is applied synthesize expert opinions. The Alternative Ranking Technique based on Adaptive Standardized Intervals (F-ARTASI) used rank most appropriate interventions. While primary identified under criteria sub-criteria are occupational diseases noise-induced 0.4737 0.1313, respectively, intervention strategy deemed effective for enhancing behavioral programs, which hold weight 11.0341. sensitivity test analysis results reveals that although parameters vary various scenarios, ranking alternatives remains consistent. Since general same other decision makers will reach similar no matter they use. shows flexible reliable decision-making adopted process optimizing risks. emphasizes critical importance prioritizing natural hazards formulation strategies thus aims contribute protection workers industrial plants such as LISCO.
